On the mend


Today is the first day I am starting to feel normal again. I'm motivated to take better care of myself! Starting with a new running plan this weekend and signing up for my first 5K in July! Any running tips? I'm excited, but terrified! My goal is to run the entire way.

  1. Glad you're better! I actually did two 5 km runs in the past month! Some of my tips would be: wear lululemon - best running clothing, make sure you have water (if its hot out), have an upbeat playlist, stretch before you run, and go at a steady pace.
